Work one-on-one with a practitioner who supports your body through carefully selected stretches, allowing you to relax more fully and access mobility that can be difficult to find on your own.

Each session is tailored to the way you move and may combine supported stretching, gentle traction, myofascial techniques, breath, and active movement to ease tension, improve mobility, and create a greater sense of space throughout the body.

SUPPORTED MOVEMENT, DEEPER CHANGE

Relax and allow your body to be fully supported as you stretch. Access greater range of motion, less restriction, and a deeper sense of ease throughout the body.

Rather than isolating a single tight muscle, each session considers how tension travels across the whole body. Your practitioner listens closely and follows your body’s cues, adjusting angle, pressure, and pacing with care and precision. This creates space to address muscular tension, joint mobility, and the connective tissue relationships that influence how you move.

WHEN ASSISTED STRETCH CAN HELP

Stretch and mobility work are as essential to long-term movement health as strength. The goal is not simply to lengthen muscles, but to improve joint mobility, how the joints articulate, and how the body organizes itself through a greater range of motion.

Assisted Stretch can benefit almost anyone, but it is especially useful for people who find stretching difficult, do not practice it consistently on their own, or are unsure how to position and engage the body effectively. With knowledgeable support, stretching becomes more precise, more comfortable, and easier to integrate into the way you move.

What to expect

Assisted Stretch sessions are fully clothed and tailored to how your body feels that day. Your practitioner will guide and support you through each position, adjusting pressure, pacing, and range according to your comfort and goals.

50-Minute Assisted Stretch
A fuller session with time to address multiple areas, explore movement patterns, and allow the body to relax more gradually. Recommended for first-time clients.

25-Minute Assisted Stretch
A focused session for a specific area, regular maintenance, or a quick reset between longer sessions.
